About us
Mode-Locked Technology, founded in 2020 as a spin-off from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (Poland) by Dr. Jarosław Sotor and Dr. Grzegorz Soboń, is dedicated to developing and commercializing cutting-edge laser-based technologies. We specialize in mode-locked femtosecond oscillators, broadband and tunable sources spanning 1000 to 2200 nm, mid-infrared sources at 3 µm and 8 µm wavelengths, high-power femtosecond lasers, and fiber amplifiers renowned for their exceptional noise performance.
